We were very fortunate to have Susan Quirke visit the school for a number of weeks last year to lead every class in guided meditation. Susan is an exceptionally gifted teacher and facilitator who has worked with elite athletes, including the Irish rugby team, CEOs, musicians, authors and more.
We were very lucky to be able to bring her to Scoil Mhuire. Thank you to Tony Griffin for making it possible. The children really enjoyed the meditation sessions - the feedback we got from them was rich and deep. Susan has very kindly made some videos for us to share with the children, along with some guidance on how to use them.
